MAHI BHARDWAJCONSULTING & SUPPORT SERVICES

The Process

From first conversation to fully operational systems.

A structured, transparent process that removes uncertainty and shows exactly how systems are built and implemented.

01

Book Your Free Audit

You book a 45-minute Operations Audit. You’ll receive a short pre-audit intake form so the session is focused and efficient.

02

Audit Session

We review your operations on Zoom or in-person. I assess onboarding, documentation, communication, and compliance systems and identify breakdown points in real time.

03

Written Risk Summary

Within 48 hours, you receive a 1-page Operations Risk Summary outlining your three highest operational vulnerabilities and why they are occurring.

04

Recommendation

Based on the audit, I recommend the appropriate engagement. If you don’t need my services, I will tell you directly.

05

Agreement & Kickoff

If we proceed, you receive a simple agreement with scope, deliverables, timeline, and cost. Work begins within 5 business days.

06

System Build

I design and build the operational system with your input. This includes documentation, workflows, and staff integration — not just planning.

07

Training & Handover

Your team is trained on the system. All documentation is delivered. The system is tested in real workflow conditions before completion.

08

Follow-Up Check-In

At 30 days (or scheduled intervals for larger projects), we review system stability and resolve any breakdown points.

What is required for this work to succeed.

What you can expect from me

  • Direct operational assessment based on real system gaps
  • Clear communication throughout the engagement
  • BC regulatory awareness (CCLR, MCFD, Fraser Health)
  • Custom-built systems, not templates
  • Post-implementation accountability and follow-up

What I need from you

  • Accurate information about how your organization actually operates
  • Access to staff involved in daily workflows
  • Commitment to implementation, not just advice
  • Time to participate in build and feedback cycles (2–4 hrs/week)

Start with a 45-minute audit. Leave with clarity, even if you don’t continue.
