Terms of Service

Services are provided under a written agreement between MB Consulting & Support Services and the client before work begins.

Payment terms are defined in the service agreement and may include: 50% upfront / 50% on completion, milestone-based payments, or monthly retainers depending on scope.

Refunds are not guaranteed once work has begun. Refund eligibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on project stage and deliverables completed.

MB Consulting & Support Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of delivered systems, recommendations, or documentation.

All frameworks, templates, documentation, and systems provided remain the intellectual property of MB Consulting & Support Services until full payment is received, after which the client receives usage rights.

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. Clients are responsible for payment for all work completed up to termination date.

These terms are governed under the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
